A few years ago, several musicians from Florida joined forces to put on free concerts in order to get as many people as possible interested in top-class chamber music while supporting a good cause at the same time. The San Marco Chamber Music Society is essentially a string quartet with a flute and oboe – on their German tour they perform a diverse programme ranging from baroque to twentieth-century music.
