The Playlist for the Book

Dutch author Peter Zantingh produces playlists for all his books featuring songs that accompanied him while he was writing. In his novel »After Mattias«, the songs from his playlist, including artists such as Sufjan Stevens, Pink Floyd or Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, even play a role of their own. Peter Zantingh reads, plays individual tracks and explains how this music inspired him to write the different chapters of his first novel to appear in German.
