For over 50 years Paolo Conte has been the voice of Italy, not least thanks to the unofficial national anthem »Azurro«, which he composed for Adriano Celentano. Just a few weeks after celebrating his 80th birthday, Italy’s great, gruff-voiced »Cantautore« offers a rare concert in the Elbphilharmonie, accompanied by his wild 12-piece band.
