Niklas Paschburg’s piano produces balm for the soul, with an ocean breeze, when he gets lost in delicate melodies that rapidly build up into floods of emotion. Then just like that, without any advance warning, the young composer carries us off to blue-grey beaches lapped by gentle waves, or to the cliffs of Norwegian fjords.
Please note: Festival tickets are available at www.reeperbahnfestival.com. Since seats at the Elbphilharmonie are limited, festival visitors are asked to register for the concerts in the Elbphilharmonie Grand Hall in addition to the purchase of a festival ticket.
The Reeperbahn Festival ranks among the top five best events in the music and digital scenes worldwide. Entering its 16th season in 2021, the festival presents the most thrilling new international bands and artists in extraordinary and intimate venues. The festival has been a regular guest in the Grand Hall since the opening of the Elbphilharmonie and returns with five concerts this year.
