Photographer Nicolas Martin travelled to almost 60 countries on five continents over six years and lived intermittently in Australia, Fiji, Ecuador, Switzerland and New Zealand. He was shot at, robbed, sailed through a hurricane in the Pacific Ocean, worked as a travel writer for a famous airline company, earned money as a smuggler, was arrested and earned a few dollars as a stripper in Las Vegas.
