The crossover production company Bühne Cipolla transforms Heinrich von Kleist’s famous novella »Michael Kohlhaas« into an expressive and poetic puppet show for adults. Actor Sebastian Kautz brings the figurines to life, while cellist Gero John provides live musical accompaniment. »Michael Kohlhaas« is the duo’s latest production, and was hailed as a major success at its premiere in March 2017.
