Maria Lettberg / Piano Recital
»Nordischer Klang«
Musically subtle
The Swedish pianist Maria Lettberg achieved international fame with her recording of the complete piano works of Alexander Scriabin. She was recently nominated for a Grammy in the category »Best Classical Instrumental Solo« for her CD »The Piano Concertos« (Zara Levina). Lettberg’s concerts have a special focus on Scandinavian, Russian and Baltic music. She combines her broad repertoire into musically subtle programmes that have found favour not only in Hamburg but also in many European countries as well as the USA.
