Mystical and meditative is an apt description of the voice of Estonian singer Maarja Nuut. Equipped with a violin and a loop station, she creates music as if from a book of Baltic fairy tales: minimalistic and experimental, but rooted in traditional Estonian music and still very contemporary. For her latest project, she has joined forces with the Estonian composer and musician Hendrik Kaljujärv.
