Bach’s Suites for Violoncello
The Hungarian cellist László Fenyö, born in 1975, has been one of the leading cellists of his generation since he won the 2004 International Pablo Casals Competition in Kronberg, Germany. He is hailed by both audiences and critics as one of the most exciting artists of today, possessing the unique ability to present the intentions of the composer and capture the hearts of his audiences – as on this evening in the Elbphilharmonie Recital Hall with Bach’s famous Suites for Solo Cello.
