Kuss Quartett
Brahms / Reimann / Poppe
Openness to cross-genre concert forms is one of the characteristics of the Kuss Quartet. The four musicians recently worked with actor Udo Samel and poetry slammer Bas Böttcher on combining quartet compositions with literary works. Their concert at the Elbphilharmonie is defined by contrast: two contemporary avant-garde works by Reimann and Poppe are framed by the old masters Brahms and Beethoven.
