After the staggering and award-winning success of Arash Safaian’s »ÜberBach«, the pianist and ECHO Klassik Award winner Sebastian Knauer presents the composer’s new concerto, which was written for him – »This is (not) Beethoven«. The work is composed in the variation form and features famous themes by Ludwig van Beethoven – bringing them into a contemporary soundscape.
