»Ultra Organ«
Kimmo Pohjonen, the »accordion punk with the Mohawk haircut« (German newspaper Die Welt) is not only a virtuosic musician, he is also a tinkerer who loves to experiment. In his latest project Pohjonen programmes organ samples into his accordion and unleashes them in a dialogue with the Elbphilharmonie organ in an epic light show.
The documentary »Soundbreaker« gets across a deeper understanding of the output of this exceptional artist. Three screenings will be shown at Abaton cinema:
