To mark the 125th anniversary of Peter Tchaikovsky’s death, the Junge Symphoniker Hamburg presents a programme dedicated to the Russian composer at its concert in the Laeiszhalle Grand Hall. Selections from the »Nutcracker Suite« serve as the prelude of the evening; these are followed by two major pieces by Tchaikovsky: his Piano Concerto No. 1 and his Fourth Symphony.
