Jazz in the Kulturcafé

Inspired by the Renaissance and impressionism, by Scandinavian folk and chamber music, by jazz and the avant-garde, the three members of the German-Icelandic trio Minua blend into a single whole. In their pieces, the boundaries between improvisation and composition become indistinct: Minua focuses entirely on the flow of the music and on the interaction with the room and the audience.
