International Steinway Festival
Under the motto »Young Talents in Concert«, young pianists from all across the world are given the opportunity to take part in the International Steinway Festival every two years. This time, 13 children and adolescents from Belgium, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, South Asia and Germany demonstrate their musical and technical skills in the Laeiszhalle Grand Hall.
The name Steinway & Sons stands for tradition in piano making, which has been cultivated and developed for more than 160 years. With the development of 128 patents, the company is considered the founder of modern piano making. Steinway & Sons grand and upright pianos are considered the benchmark for the highest quality worldwide.
