International Steinway Festival

Every two years, young pianists from all across world compete against one another in one of the most important events promoted by Steinway & Sons. The festival concert in the Laeiszhalle has been without dispute the highlight of each festival since its founding in 1994: young talents are given the opportunity to perform before a large audience without the pressure of an uncompromising jury. The joy of playing the piano and a friendly atmosphere stands above all else at this event.
