Harald Lesch und »Die Vier Jahreszeiten« im Klimawandel
Harbour Front Sounds
Time travel with Vivaldi
Harald Lesch is something of a polymath: he is a physicist, an astronomer, a natural philosopher, a TV presenter, YouTuber and author. In each of these disciplines he manages in impressive fashion to give comprehensible explanations of complex scientific topics. At the Harbour Front Sounds Festival, Harald Lesch embarks on a journey through space and time, accompanied by the eight musicians of Vienna’s Merlin Ensemble.
They issue an annual season ticket to the »Four Seasons«, which Vivaldi composed 300 years ago, as well as an environment ticket from the Earth into orbit, with a minimal CO² footprint. We join Lesch and Vivaldi on a musical and scientific journey through time, starting with the creation of the Earth and its seasons, and ending with today’s climate change.
