Hamburger Kammermusikfest International
Schumann / Halffter / Penderecki
Best of Chamber Music
At this year’s Hamburg International Chamber Music Festival, the main focus of the concert programmes is on Late Romantic music and contemporary compositions. The encounter with composers both well- and lesser-known and crossing the boundaries to other musical genres provide a comprehensive insight into the varied world of chamber music. The three concerts bring together musicians from all over the world to create one-off formations. The ensembles are deliberately chosen to be cosmopolitan, resulting in artistic and cultural symbioses.
