Music for solidarity and the future
No European country has a greater need for strong partners at the moment than the Ukraine. So in the context of its concerts focusing on Hamburg’s twin towns, it is a priority for the Hamburger Camerata to forge a link to Kiev. Very much in the spirit of the »Pact for solidarity and the future« agreed by the mayors of the two cities in April, the ensemble wishes to set a personal example for solidarity and respect, and has come up with a programme featuring the leading composers of Kiev and Hamburg.
The concert is under the patronage of the Consul General of Ukraine in Hamburg Dr. Iryna Tybinka and Natalia Klitschko.
