Hamburg’s most beautiful waiting room
Who hasn’t had it? And who wants one more? On 3 September, the Elbphilharmonie will be opening the doors to its backstage area for a special coronavirus vaccination campaign. Get your first or second vaccine here, in Hamburg’s most spectacular vaccination centre, between 14:00 and 22:00. Jabs will be administered in the dressing rooms with panorama views on the 12th floor of the Elbphilharmonie. From there, like the stars, you head out afterwards onto the Grand Hall stage – the most beautiful waiting room of all time.
No pre-registration necessary. Simply turn up with a valid ID and – if you have it – your vaccine passport, and register at the container on the Elbphilharmonie forecourt. The service is aimed at everyone aged 12 and over, and there is a choice of two vaccines: BioNTech/Pfizer or Johnson & Johnson. There will also be an opportunity to get a second vaccine in the Elbphilharmonie on 2 October.
Please note: Minors aged 12–18 will only be given the BioNTech vaccine. They must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
