The first season of the American TV series »Game of Thrones« in 2011 was already a huge global hit: love, war, intrigue, magic, dragons and living dead were irresistible ingredients of success. So was the fantasy series’ stirring music. Before the eighth and final season broadcasts in 2019, the most popular tracks from the first seven seasons are performed in an elaborately staged concert at the Laeiszhalle: the orchestra, choir and soloists of the London Festival Symphonics perform the music live, while spectacular visuals run on the big screen.
