Time for books
Time for books: under this motto, visitors to the Harbour Front Literature Festival from 8 September to 22 October can enjoy a total of 68 literary events in the categories Harbour Front Classics, Harbour Front Sounds, Harbour Front Future and Harbour Kids. At the beginning of the festival, Hamburg author Simone Buchholz and the Ukrainian writer Yuri Andruchovich talk about the importance of literature at the present time. In established tradition, Hamburg’s senator for culture, Carsten Brosda, will hold the inaugural speech.
