Dvořák String Quartet

In this concert you’ll need to listen attentively – because a vote will be taken at the end. The four young musicians of the Dvořák String Quartet plan to perform all 14 string quartets composed by their namesake as part of their »Dvořák Quartet Cycle«. The twist in this ambitious project is that after each concert, the audience is asked to vote for their favourite of the two quartets performed, with the winner going on into the next round. In this concert in the Laeiszhalle Recital Hall, the audience must choose between the String Quartets No. 7 and 12. Which will emerge from this casting show as the winner? Antonín Dvořák himself would doubtless be very interested to know!
