Promoting excellence in Hamburg: the Deutsche Stiftung Musikleben was founded in the hanseatic city in 1962 by private individuals with a passion for music. In this year’s chamber music festival, the Deutsche Stiftung Musikleben’s string ensemble, led by violin virtuoso Viviane Hagner, a recipient of long-term support from the foundation, performs on instruments from the Deutscher Musikinstrumentenfonds. In addition, the now internationally renowned pianist Claire Huangci performs as both a soloist and in a brilliant duo with Magdalena Müllerperth on two pianos. With rousing chamber music, the young virtuosos join forces to show what the future sounds like!
