Hardly any other piece of classical music is as well-known as Vivaldi’s »Four Seasons«. The four violin concertos can be heard everywhere – as advertising jingles and elevator music as well as in the concert hall! But to this day, the music has lost none of its fascination and festive charm. With his arrangement »Vivaldi ReComposed«, British composer Max Richter has caused a worldwide sensation. He transports the work to the present day, but still sticks closely to the original score.
