Description
Simple Minds ist eine der erfolgreichsten Bands weltweit, bekannt geworden durch ihren ersten großen Hit »Promised you a Miracle« im Jahr 1982. Die Band stand einst für eine neue Art von Rockmusik – breitwandig, atmosphärisch, »Art-Rock für die Postpunk-Ära«. Im Frühjahr 2017 erfinden sich die Simple Minds noch einmal neu und zeigen sich – inspiriert von Paul Simon, Leonard Cohen, John Martyn und vor allem Joni Mitchell – »acoustic live«.
