State of the Art
Staged happenings and the visual and theatrical side of contemporary music-making are at the centre of the programmes put on by the Stuttgart-based ensemble ascolta. For their Elbphilharmonie debut the seven musicians present contemporary works written in the last 12 years: compositions by Francesco Filidei, Elena Mendoza and Jennifer Walshe.
