ABBA, the Bee Gees, Westernhagen and Tina Turner – four successful bands are celebrated on this »Evening of Great Cover Artists«. Swedish band ABBA entered the history of music in 1974 with the Eurovision Song Contest tune »Waterloo«: The ABBA revival band »A4U« takes listeners back to the era of glitter and glamour. Jive Talkin’ masters the typical falsetto vocals with which the Bee Gees wrote pop history in the 1970s; Pfefferminz is formed of experts for the music by Marius Müller-Westernhagen; and the »Tina Turner Double Show« visits the Laeiszhalle Grand Hall to pay homage to pop legend Tina Turner.
