A Mekhaye

At times tender and melancholic, at times infused with the fiery spirit of dance – this ambitious trio expresses its Yiddish music in intense images. A Mekhaye are experienced musicians from Hamburg who have been playing in various line-ups for many years. Their repertoire is traditional Klezmer music, instrumental and vocal, sensitive and expressive, and arranged with witty playfulness.
