25 Years of Hamburg-Orchester der Neuapostolischen Kirche
Anniversary Concert / Works by Antonín Dvořák, Jean Sibelius, Edward Elgar and others
Small but mighty – this is how the Hamburg-Orchester der Neuapostolischen Kirche (Hamburg Orchestra of the New Apostolic Church) was founded in September 1998 and grew into a full symphonic orchestra, which today has over 70 musicians. The Christian amateur orchestra can be heard throughout northern Germany at benefit concerts, festive services and on special occasions such as church anniversaries, also in cooperation with various choirs. Concert tours have taken the orchestra to the Netherlands and London.
