Chamber music finale

Roland Greutter has been playing the »first violin« – and that not just in the literal sense – in the NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra for more than 40 years: as the ensemble’s Coordinating First Concertmaster since 1982, he has helped create amazing musical highlights, and performed countless concertmaster solos and violin concertos, as well as the occasional chamber music programme. Bringing his final season in the active service of the NDR to a close, he now performs an opulent chamber concert with a dream line-up: he is joined by nine soloists from the NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra for a concert of music for large chamber ensembles by Arnold Schönberg and Franz Schubert.
