Description

How many pipes does the Elbphilharmonie organ have? And what different sounds do the individual stops have? How loud can the organ play? And how softly? These and many other questions will be answered at the big »Organ Day«. Several prominent organists present the new king of the Elbphilharmonie from all sides on tours of the instrument in the afternoon and then at a recital in the evening.

During »Organ Day« Elbphilharmonie visitors have the choice between a 75-minute presentation on the pipe organ at 16:00, a presentation at 17:00 and an evening concert. The presentation is the main talking point of each of the three events. Booking both a presentation and a concert is therefore not recommended.
