New impulses

The New Work Experience (NWX) is the biggest conference on the future of work in the German-speaking countries. The conference theme this year is »Work Forward«. At the event, forward-thinkers, pioneers and decision-makers from Germany and further afield provide the answers to the immense challenges of our time. For example, a cognitive scientist and a generations expert will be talking about the pressing questions of renewal: What prevents people from changing? How will AI change the world of work in future? Why is New Work the lever for change? Speakers such as Frithjof Bergmann, Frédéric Laloux, Ricardo Semler, Janina Kugel, Jutta Allmendinger and Joschka Fischer have already appeared on NWX’s stages, presenting fascinating discussions on how we can expect the world of work to evolve in future.
