»Just another jazz band«, but one that still manages to surprise time after time: that’s the group »Just Another Foundry«. The three musicians from Cologne have their mutual basis in songful compositions that they write themselves, and yet this trio sounds like more than just a saxophone, a double bass and percussion. »Just Another Foundry« are willing to rip down their own elegant construct at any time and combine it abruptly with a trashy mixture of hip-hop, pop, free jazz and krautrock.
