Description
The piano trio is a classic jazz format where three single voices blend into an organic whole. As a rule, the bass is responsible for the harmonic grounding, the percussion for the groove and the piano for melody and chords. But the roles can change… The »Jazz Piano« concert series in the atmospheric surroundings of the Laeiszhalle pays tribute to this standard genre.
