Are there any tickets left for tonight? Which are the best seats? What subscriptions do you offer? Well over 500 concerts a year are given at the Elbphilharmonie & Laeiszhalle, so it's not easy to keep track of everything. Luckily, the competence box-office staff know everything there is to know about the programme in both concert halls, and can answer any question put to them. Always good-humoured and passionate about music , they have time for every customer, be it a newcomer to the Elphi or an experienced subscriber.
