The Quartetto di Cremona was founded in 2000 in Cremona in Northern Italy, the hub of instrument making and the hometown of master violinmaker Antonio Stradivari. The quartet has been playing in today’s line-up since 2011.

Pre-Concert Event

This lively pre-concert event offers young musicians the opportunity to play in front of a large audience – and the audience an opportunity to discover new talent. In just 20 minutes, the musicians from the »Initiative Jugend-Kammermusik« present an exciting programme to start the evening off on the right note.

In addition to diverse food and drinks offered in the intervals and preceeding events, guests are also welcome in the elegant Brahms Foyer following concerts.

Chamber music series, lieder recitals, children's concerts and jazz events seem to be made for the Recital Hall of the Laeiszhalle, which can accommodate up to 640 guests.
