Extra-fresh classics

The Aris Quartet has long since made an international name for itself with its spirited interpretations. Now these musicians can finally be experienced live at the Elbphilharmonie. The four artists are already familiar with the building: in the summer of 2020, they made themselves at home and explored all its rooms during a three-day residency. In their concert for the »Rising Stars« festival, they prove once again that they can bring a new life and vigour not only to famous string quartets of the classical and romantic periods, but also to music of the 20th and 21st centuries.
