Label showcase
Gondwana Records was established in 2008 by the trumpeter, composer and producer Matthew Halsall, and it has since become one of Europe’s leading independent labels. Originally conceived as a record label for the local jazz scene in Manchester, Gondwana Records is now active internationally. The guests at today’s label showcase are the band Mammal Hands, saxophonist Jasmine Myra and the Danish duo Svaneborg Kardyb.
