»I wish you dreams that never end!« announced singer-songwriter Jacques Brel on French radio on the morning of 1 January 1968. »I wish you the strength to resist stagnation, because life is a wonderful adventure and happiness is our true destiny.« At the height of a hard-fought career, during an acclaimed worldwide tour, he suddenly realised that he still had so many dreams to fulfil: learning to fly like Antoine de St Exupéry, sailing around the world... And the man who had left his orderly life 15 years earlier to realise his dream of singing in Paris left the stage and set off on new adventures. »I have never stopped dreaming.
