With energy and enthusiasm

Quatuor Mona was formed at the Paris Conservatory in 2018, and is led by the Hamburg-born first violinist Verena Chen. The ensemble’s energy and enthusiasm led to admission onto the Master programme and an established place in concert life. A beneficiary of the Villa Musica foundation, the ensemble also receives guidance from Günther Pichler, long-standing first violin with the legendary Alban Berg Quartet. Quautor Mona is now giving a guest performance in Hamburg, with works by Joseph Haydn and Maurice Ravel.
