Mathematical precision and folk dance

Sir Simon Rattle and the Chamber Orchestra of Europe: they have been a dream team since their first collaboration in 2020 – in the meantime, this international orchestra has exalted their star conductor to an honorary member. Their second joint Elbphilharmonie concert puts the orchestra right at its heart with a rhythmic fireworks display by Bartók and the sonority of Brahm’s Symphony No. 4.
