Description

The art song is her métier, and she describes her song recitals as »my performances«: there can be no question that Anne Schwanewilms is one of the great lieder singers of our time. Accompanied by Scottish pianist Malcolm Martineau, the German soprano makes her first appearance at the Elbphilharmonie with a programme of songs ranging from romanticism to impressionism.
