The pleasure of sound

How does sound become pleasure? Sophisticated literature, a world-class pianist and a top-quality instrument are all necessary elements for an elevating concert experience. But to fully enjoy the pleasure of sound, you also need something else, something that normally happens out of sight. In this presented concert, the pianist Andrey Denisenko and the instrument builder Heike A. Schlunck reveal the secret of their collaboration. The audience gets to discover the story behind the compositions, and Schlunck talks about her search for the perfect sound, in the creation of which a number of factors play a role.
