Chor zur Welt
Singing connects us: people from more than 15 countries come together in the Chor zur Welt.
The Elbphilharmonie’s Chor zur Welt (English: World Choir) was founded in spring 2017 as a project choir for young people from Germany and Syria as part of the »Salām Syria« festival. Since then, it has already given many stirring concerts at the Elbphilharmonie and the Kultur Palast Billstedt with topics such as »Home«, »Identity« und »Hope«, and the line-up has also developed further. By now, singing enthusiasts from over 15 different countries make music together.
Rehearsal day & time: Mondays, 17:00-19:00
