Cuarteto Casals

The Spanish Cuarteto Casals is regarded as THE string quartet of the new millennium. They perform to great acclaim at major concert halls from New York to Vienna. Their recital at the Elbphilharmonie combines great Beethoven works with contemporary pieces by the Italian composer Aureliano Cattaneo, whom the jury of the Salzburg Festival has already singled out as »one of the most promising representatives of his generation«.
