A limited number of parking spaces are available at a charge on the street Kehrwieder (behind the boom).
The event spaces are located on the mezzanine level and the main entrance is accessed via an outside staircase. As a result of flood safety measures in the HafenCity, the accessible entrance to the venue is located via the underground car park. Ring the bell at the bottom of the staircase at the main entrance or at the entrance to the underground car park on the left-hand side of the building.
The reception, foyer, event spaces and toilets are fully accessible for wheelchair users and persons with limited mobility.
The event spaces in the Körber Foundation are fitted with an induction loop. Hearing aid users can use this to listen to the musical or spoken performance wirelessly through their own hearing aid. Alternatively, inductive signal receivers are available for rental from the sound technician at the control desk. If you require this assistance, please inform the Körber Foundation in advance.
