Description

Kolja Blacher studied at the Juilliard School in New York and in Salzburg, and was concertmaster of the Berlin Philharmonic for many years. He enjoyed an intensive cooperation with the conductor Claudio Abbado, and with the Lucerne Festival Orchestra. Blacher now comes to the Elbphilharmonie in a trio with Walter Küssner and Tim Park to perform Bach’s Goldberg Variations.
