Get Well Soon

»Everything will work out well in the end« – that’s the motto of the music project Get Well Soon, set up by singer-songwriter Konstantin Gropper. Born in 1982 and trained as a classical musician, the graduate of the Popakademie Baden-Württemberg has been one of Germany’s most promising pop artists since the release of his album »Vexations« in 2010. Musicians like Leonhard Cohen, Tom Waits and Nick Cave, and such artists as Jeff Koons and Woody Allen, have influenced Gopper’s melancholic songs. These are sometimes very sad, sometimes abstruse, sometimes witty, and always deeply human: Get Well Soon is their name and their programme.
