Description
The second day of the »Greatest Hits« festival is brought to a close by a high-energy composer slam, which applies the principles of the popular poetry slams to music. In both cases, the audience decides which artists will reach the finale – except that here, the artists try to impress their public not with words, but with their own compositions.
The rules of the composer slam are easy to explain: each candidate is given five minutes to perform a piece of music from his own pen; no vocals are allowed, and the artist must perform it on his own. Afterwards, the audience vote decides which three candidates will proceed to the finale, where the winner is then chosen.
